What is a 'credit'?
1 credit = 1 graded paper (one student's answer script, processed end-to-end — read, graded against your answer key, with per-question reasoning). You buy credits in packs and spend one each time you grade a paper.
Do credits expire?
Never. Credits are pay-as-you-go — buy them once and use them whenever you want. There's no monthly plan, no reset, and no 'use it or lose it'.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. There is no subscription. You only pay for credit packs when you need them, and bigger packs cost less per paper (from ৳10 down to ৳7.14).
What happens when I run out of credits?
Grading simply pauses — your existing grades and data stay safe. Buy any credit pack and grading resumes immediately; queued papers process automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new accounts get a small batch of free credits to test the full flow and see the grading quality before buying. Or start with the ৳100 Lite pack (10 credits).
What's free vs what costs a credit?
Only grading a paper spends a credit. Reading your answer key, generating questions, re-grading (within fair use), the AI copilot, and the chat assistant are all included free.
Can I pay with bKash?
