What is a 'credit'?
Credits pay for the real AI work behind each action — reading a script, grading it against your answer key, answer-key help, and more — priced by actual usage, not a flat rate per paper. Most papers cost well under 1 credit to fully grade. You buy credits in packs and they're spent automatically as you use the app.
Do credits expire?
Never. Credits are pay-as-you-go — buy them once and use them whenever you want. There's no monthly plan, no reset, and no 'use it or lose it'.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. There is no subscription. You only pay for credit packs when you need them, and bigger packs cost less per credit (from ৳10 down to ৳7.14).
What happens when I run out of credits?
Grading simply pauses — your existing grades and data stay safe. Buy any credit pack and grading resumes immediately; queued papers process automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 2 free credits to test the full flow and see the grading quality before buying. Sign up with a referral link and you'll start with 5 credits instead. Or jump straight in with the ৳100 Lite pack (10 credits).
Is the question paper builder, phone upload, and copying detection extra?
No — every pack, including Lite, includes the full product: the question paper builder, uploading scripts by computer/Drive/phone QR scan, automatic copying detection, and parent result-sharing links. Credits are spent only on the actual AI work (OCR and grading), never on unlocking a feature.
What's free vs what costs a credit?
Every AI action — OCR, grading, answer-key help, the AI copilot — is billed by real usage, so most cost a small fraction of a credit rather than a flat 1. The one action that's always free: your very first regrade on any script.
