E-Porikkha (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered exam grading platform built for educators in Bangladesh and operated by Intelleqt AI Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can reach us at hello@eporikkha.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name and email address when you sign in with Google.
  • Uploaded content — exam paper images or PDFs and the OCR text extracted from them.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the product.
  • Payment information — processed securely through SSLCommerz; we do not store card details.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide and improve the grading service.
  • To authenticate your account via Google OAuth.
  • To process payments and send receipts.
  • To send product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication.
  • Groq / OpenRouter — for AI OCR and grading (exam content is sent to these APIs).
  • Render — cloud hosting for our backend servers.
  • Vercel — hosting for our frontend.
  • SSLCommerz — payment processing.

5. Data retention

We retain your uploaded papers and grading results as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time by contacting us. We delete inactive accounts after 12 months.

6. Data security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Exam papers are stored on secure cloud servers. We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at hello@eporikkha.com.

8. Children's privacy

E-Porikkha is intended for teachers and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice.
