By accessing or using E-Porikkha (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

E-Porikkha is an AI-powered exam grading platform that helps educators in Bangladesh digitize, grade, and manage student exam papers using OCR and large language models.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed educator or institution administrator to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates student privacy laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI grading system.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Use the Service to infringe on any intellectual property rights.

5. AI grading disclaimer

The AI grading results provided by E-Porikkha are suggestions to assist educators — they are not final grades. You are solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving all grades before releasing them to students. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

6. Account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You retain ownership of all exam content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payment and subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. Payments are processed via SSLCommerz. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

8. Intellectual property

The E-Porikkha platform, logo, and all associated software are the property of Intelleqt AI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Porikkha and Intelleqt AI Ltd. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including grading errors or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
