E-Porikkha uses a simple pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no monthly subscriptions, no seat fees, and no expiry dates. You buy credits when you need them and use them at your own pace.
What one credit buys
One credit = one successfully graded paper. Credits are deducted once, when grading completes successfully. If grading fails for any reason (connectivity issue, model error), no credit is consumed.
Re-grading the same paper — for example after editing the answer key or adjusting a mark — is free, up to 3 re-grades per paper.
Credit packs
Lite — ৳100 for 10 credits (৳10/paper)
Starter — ৳500 for 50 credits (৳10/paper)
School — ৳1,000 for 110 credits (৳9.09/paper)
Standard — ৳2,000 for 250 credits (৳8/paper)
Bulk — ৳5,000 for 700 credits (৳7.14/paper)
Larger packs give a lower effective cost per paper. New accounts receive 5 free trial credits to get started.
Low credit warnings
The sidebar widget turns amber when your balance drops below 10 credits, and red when you hit 0. Grading is paused at 0 credits — papers can still be uploaded and OCR'd, but the grade step won't run until you top up.
Purchasing credits
Go to Settings → Billing → Buy Credits (or click the widget in the sidebar). You'll be redirected to our SSLCommerz payment gateway. Payments are processed in BDT. Credits appear in your balance within seconds of a successful payment.
