E-Porikkha uses a simple pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no monthly subscriptions, no seat fees, and no expiry dates. You buy credits when you need them and use them at your own pace.
How much a paper actually costs
Credits aren't a flat fee per paper — you're charged proportional to the real AI cost of what actually ran: OCR (billed per page for a scanned upload — pasted text skips this entirely), and grading (billed by how much the AI had to read and write, which scales with how long the script and answer key are). A short 3-page script costs less than a dense 25-page one.
Nothing is charged if a step fails outright (a connectivity issue, a model error) — you're only billed for AI calls that actually completed.
Your first regrade on a paper — for example after editing the answer key or adjusting a mark — is free. Every regrade after that is billed the same way as any other grade, based on real usage.
Credit packs
Lite — ৳100 for 10 credits (৳10/paper)
Starter — ৳500 for 50 credits (৳10/paper)
School — ৳1,000 for 110 credits (৳9.09/paper)
Standard — ৳2,000 for 250 credits (৳8/paper)
Bulk — ৳5,000 for 700 credits (৳7.14/paper)
Larger packs give a lower effective cost per paper. New accounts receive 2 free trial credits to get started — sign up with a referral link for 5 instead.
Low credit warnings
The sidebar widget turns amber when your balance drops below 10 credits, and red when you hit 0. Grading is paused at 0 credits — papers can still be uploaded and OCR'd, but the grade step won't run until you top up.
Purchasing credits
Go to Settings → Billing → Buy Credits (or click the widget in the sidebar). You'll be redirected to our ZiniPay payment gateway. Payments are processed in BDT. Credits appear in your balance within seconds of a successful payment.
